If you are new to couponing, let me share a secret with you.  Shopping at just one store is holding you back from saving big!! In fact, the pharmacies are where I get completely free products! I know before I started couponing seriously, I perceived pharmacies as being over-priced and they are on most items but they have a few items each week (loss leaders). These items they are going to take a loss on and they have them priced LOW to get you to shop there.


The trick is to just get those items and not get swayed by other items! I also suggest starting with just one pharmacy.
