List of favorite stores to get things cheaply!

Thought it was time to do a "favorite stores" post.  I haven't had one of those for a while.  There are several excellent thrift/resale stores in Decatur.  In fact, I have a hard time paying any retail pricing on clothing because it is so easy to get cheaply.  Children outgrow clothing before it needs to be replaced and adults often change sizes.  I frequently find items that still have their tags attached.
